  • If you apply for a posted job and are not hired, your application will be deleted shortly after the position is filled.
  • If you proceed to a recruitment process and/or are hired, we will provide separate information about how we process your data during employment.

Data Processors

Like most businesses, we rely on trusted partners and suppliers, some of whom act as data processors.

These may include systems for project management, services, consultancy, IT hosting, or marketing.

It is our responsibility to ensure your data is handled properly. Therefore, we require all partners to uphold high standards of data protection and enter into data processing agreements with us.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless legally required or explicitly agreed upon.

Profiling and Automated Decision-Making

We do not perform profiling or make decisions based solely on automated processing.

Transfers to Third Countries

Our data processors are primarily located in the EU/EEA, or store data within these regions.

In cases where this is not possible, we may use processors outside the EU/EEA only if they provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data.

Data Security

We ensure the security of your personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.

We regularly assess data protection risks and apply relevant safeguards, including:

  • Ongoing GDPR training for staff
